All visits to The Quiet Rex are booked in advance unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled booking time, subject to availability.

Late cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.

Late arrivals and no-shows
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your session. No-shows are non-refundable.

Refused entry or removal
If a guest is refused entry or removed from the premises due to rule-breaking, unsafe behaviour, disturbance, or animal welfare concerns, no refund will be given.

Changes by The Quiet Rex
If we need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to animal welfare, safety, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a reschedule or refund.
